Each 45-60 minute session is designed around your unique needs, focusing on meaningful progress at a pace that feels right for you. Using trauma-informed care blended with mindfulness-based cognitive behavioral techniques, we’ll navigate everyday challenges and begin the deeper healing work that supports lasting change. Together, we’ll uncover and address the patterns and inner barriers holding you back, helping you move forward with greater clarity and resilience.

Our intensive sessions provide extended time—typically 2 hours or more—for deep, focused healing.
These personalized experiences may incorporate guided meditation, somatic practices, intuitive card readings, and shadow work, allowing space to process and release underlying wounds.
For those seeking energetic alignment, Reiki offers a nurturing way to support balance and well-being. This gentle yet impactful modality works with your body’s natural energy to encourage healing on physical, emotional, and spiritual levels.
